May 2000, hunting Nohabs in Hungary
13th September 2008

This was a last minute trip to sample the Hungarian Nohabs loco's before they were all withdrawn from service. At the time only 3 were left in service, all based at Tapolca working trains around Lake Balaton. The scenery was great, the weather sunny and warm and the loco's all behaved themselves! Gruntle, Kev Tipple, The Rat and Dogpie came along too, my notes are lost so the locationsa re somehwat fuzzy, paricularly the narrow guage line we tried to do....
